A significant challenge in the poultry veterinary sector is the disconnect between academic learning and field-level realities. Unlike other industries, the poultry domain lacks structured career guidance for veterinary professionals. As a result, many capable vets struggle to navigate their professional journey, leading to underutilized potential and lost opportunities.

The Solution: The Birth of VIP

To address this critical gap, a visionary initiative—Vets In Poultry (VIP)—was founded. VIP connects young and aspiring veterinarians with experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and technocrats. This platform fosters a supportive ecosystem of mentorship, knowledge exchange, and real-time solutions.
